Research commercialization and go-to-market consulting for founders and teams ready to move.
Projects typically run 4 to 6 months. No retainers for the sake of retainers.

You have funded research, validated findings, and a clear vision. What you don't have is a technical team that understands both the science and the market. Your work lives in papers. You need it to live in the world.
You have a product or a business. What you're missing is the infrastructure to grow it: a real pipeline, a CRM that isn't a mess, and outbound that actually books meetings. The system needs to compound, not reset every quarter.
Your industry has worked the same way for decades. You know it needs to change. You need someone who can translate what makes you great into something scalable, without losing the craft or the relationships that built you.
We go as deep or as broad as your project requires.
From funded study to deployable product.
Go-to-market that actually goes somewhere.
Revenue systems that don't fall apart when you scale.
Senior execution, without the full-time cost.

A research team set out to use virtual reality to improve mood and memory in dementia patients, both in clinic and at home. We built a customizable web-based VR environment with a no-code content uploader allowing clinical staff to personalize rooms with images, audio, and video. No technical background required to operate.
Findings published in peer-reviewed journals. Platform recognized by leading Canadian media for innovation in dementia care.

A clinical nutrition team needed a better way to help patients manage dietary sodium for cardiovascular management. We built a mobile and web application with personalized goal-setting, dynamic reminders, and gamified progress tracking.
Peer-reviewed publication and positive Phase 1 findings. Phase 2 planned a national rollout through one of Canada's largest insurance agencies.

Ontario hospital systems needed a scalable, bilingual way to train nurses on dementia care protocols. We built a simulation-based training platform with serious game mechanics, performance tracking, and LMS integration. Delivered in English and French, designed for users across all tech comfort levels.
Phase 1 launched successfully within a pilot hospital. Phase 2 targeted adoption across multiple Ontario hospitals as standard training curriculum.

Researchers, operators, and established teams welcome.
No surprises, no scope drift, no handoffs to a junior team.
A focused scoping conversation to understand what you actually need. Your constraints, budget, timeline, and existing tools, before we write a single line of proposal.
Milestone plan, direct access throughout: no account managers, no layers. Weekly check-ins, async collaboration, and clear signoffs at each stage.
We track against success criteria defined at the start. Projects close with documentation, a handoff session, and a roadmap for what comes next.
Most projects run 4 to 6 months. Fractional engagements are typically 3 to 6 months with a monthly rolling structure.
One operator. Senior credentials. Full accountability.

Most consultants can only do one side of this. They can build or they can sell. They understand research or they understand markets. Rarely both. This is both.
We're based in Toronto and work with teams across North America.

No billing for hours that don't move the needle. Every engagement is built around what you're trying to achieve.
Best for defined, time-bound projects
You know what you want to build. We scope it, price it, and deliver it. Clear milestones, clear costs, no surprises. Any scope changes are estimated and agreed before work begins.
Best for GTM programs with measurable outcomes
A modest monthly retainer covers execution. A success component, tied to meetings booked, pipeline generated, or revenue milestones, aligns our incentives with yours. We win when you win. This model is for clients who are ready to move.
Best for ongoing senior execution
A monthly engagement with defined ownership of a function: GTM, RevOps, or product operations. Senior execution without a full-time hire. Typically 3 to 6 months with a monthly rolling option after the initial term.
Not sure which fits? The first call is free. We'll tell you honestly what makes sense, including if it's not us.
If you have a funded research project that needs to become a product, a pipeline that needs to work, or an operation that needs a senior hand: let's talk. The first conversation is a real conversation, not a sales call.
